She is very knowledgeable, courteous and most important of all, always willing to assist at all times. To be honest, I have received 3 proposals from different companies that provides teambuilding program but the personalize service, quick response and attention provided by Melissa has won my committee members vote.
Despite several changes need to be made in the whole of last week, Melissa has always responded in a professional, polite and manner without any hesitation.  She even “messaged” me on Saturday evening (while we’re watching the video & laughing) to find out whether everyone was alright and having a good time…
