We would like to also thank your Team of Facilitators, especially Joey, Lem and John. Everyone could tell they were truly passionate about their roles and they went about their Facilitation with great gusto and enthusiasm. While you can say that it’s all part of their jobs, we beg to differ, as it is such dedication to service that is always difficult to come by and hence, all the more commendable.

To cite a few examples – when one of my colleagues needed to leave the programme earlier due to an urgent matter that cropped up at work, John happily offered to dial a cab for my colleague and show him where to wait for the cab as he knew how difficult it is to call a cab at the location; and he even went down to Siloso Beach Resort this morning, in the rain, to make sure that all the participants had taken their breakfast and were prepared to leave for FOCUS Adventure.

Joey and Lem were excellent Facilitators who were always on the lookout for the participants, careful to make sure they don’t get hurt during the games, arranging for transport for them, etc.
