Basically all of the activities were excellent in building Team spirit and fun! I'm very glad to feel the difference amongst our colleagues' relationships after the training exercise (we are closer now). Continue to bring a difference to people! Lastly, I want to thank Adam and James for their continuous efforts in getting all of us involved and maintaining calm, cool and cheerful attitude towards us. Without their enthusiasiam, all of us might not be able to enjoy ourselves that much.

I am glad to say the Finance team enjoyed the trip.Some find the challenge tiring but nothing beat the fun, laughter and teamwork that were shared.  Your facilitators did a good job by warming all of us up during the energizer. The food served during tea break and dinner received fantastic reviews.  I am impressed by the dinner seating and appreciate Darwin’s help in all the arrangement.

The session was wonderful, enjoyable, fun and fulfilling! It sure was a memorable experience for us, be it young or old ladies playing same games together to achieve and complete one goal with a good time. I can see that some are meant to be leaders and some are followers to ensure that we hit the target with the best time. You all have also helped to better our lives and to age gracefully. Keep up with the good work and would like to come back again in the near future. There was a lot of fun and laughter as well as Team Bonding between my colleagues and I. They are whom we do not know and they have left a good impression. The Lead Facilitator James was great in helping us understand many things that are related to our work through the games. Overall the video session is the most enjoyable moment for us.

It has been a wonderful new FY kickoff event for the GA team on 30 Apr (Fri). The whole day session has brought plenty of enjoyment, good memory along the message of “Making A Difference” to everyone of us. Basically, this is my first time joining teambuilding organized by FOCUS and i found that it was awesome and unique from those Facilitator and the activities. The FOCUS team are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with in every activities. After this teambuilding, I can feel that my working style has a slightly change. Of course, a positive change! Before I ended my sentences, I wish I can participate in other activities organized by FOCUS Adventure in future!
