I would like to thank both you and your Team for Facilitating such a fantastic and fun day for Volvo and I would say you guys are really good at what you do! I’m sure the experience will be the topic of the week and soon everyone will be bugging me for the video! The event went very smoothly and thanks for keeping the programme timings close to schedule as well as accommodating to our many requests and the surprises at the end of the day. Though everyone is aching and tired today back at work, they have all positive feedback on the programme and are glad to have taken the time off their busy schedule for this event. We have definitely achieved our objectives from the event!

The activities proposed and planned had been useful for team-bonding, thinking out strategies as a team as well as including some fear factor challenges into the games as well (a la-Mousetrap Tower). In many real office situations, fear of failing ad-hoc projects/tasks is always present, like our fear of the mousetrap snapping and hurting someone. But the successful building of a tower using just mousetraps is akin to have successfully complete a project. Excellent faciliatation by FOCUS! :)

I am glad to say the Finance team enjoyed the trip.Some find the challenge tiring but nothing beat the fun, laughter and teamwork that were shared.  Your facilitators did a good job by warming all of us up during the energizer. The food served during tea break and dinner received fantastic reviews.  I am impressed by the dinner seating and appreciate Darwin’s help in all the arrangement.

It has been a wonderful new FY kickoff event for the GA team on 30 Apr (Fri). The whole day session has brought plenty of enjoyment, good memory along the message of “Making A Difference” to everyone of us. It is evident that great effort has been made to have our company logo with the event theme indicated on the “Finger Blaster”.
