Thank you so much for organising & facilitating the offsite session @ Bintan Lagoon Resort. The games were really fun and besides having a great time, all of us took away gems of learnings (e.g. collaborate to achieve greater performance; in times of uncertainty/darkness, trust your team members' advice when you need to shoot; planning/strategising is essential to achieve one's goals).I must say Tuckman's theory on structure of teambuilding was well received - "Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing". We left Bintan Lagoon happy and recharged for greater things as a Performing Team....On behalf of C&C Team, thank you so much !
