We would like to thank you for a wonderful Team Building experience with FOCUS Adventure.

Andre, you and your Team (Alok and Ketut) were an absolute ball of fun and joy! It was smooth throughout with great transitions from building up the team spirits, to wet weather activities (so as not to let the bad weather conditions dampen our mood).

I would say without a doubt that Andre has been a superb Facilitator. His ability to pull the Team together and deliver the punch at the right moment added alot of value to the Team building exercise. I just like to say A BIG THANK YOU to all of you for a very great teambuilding experience. All our folks who attended enjoyed the activities and love the pictures, videos and memories! In my survey link to them after each session, on average, they rated the overall experience a high 4.4 out of 5. My special thanks goes to the “EVER cheerful & helpful” Serene who has helped so much on ensuring each session was run smoothly, and always going the extra mile to “entertain” our requests (e.g. can we not have the same energizers :p). Also thanks to all the Facilitators who have livened up our teams (we didn’t know they can be so fun and noisy!!). Hope to work with all of you again soon!

Andre Kirchoff was a very interactive & engaging Facilitator. He was also a very patient guy as we were aware that we were very inattentive and noisy sometimes especially when we were excited to start to plan for our strategy to win while he was still explaining the rules of the games. He never failed to motivate us to think of ways/solutions in order to excel to be in a high performance team.
