You’ve done it all. You're on the hunt for a dynamic, unique team development programme! Here’s our new offer - The GEOCACHING Challenge!
FOCUS Adventure has gone the extra mile, again, to bring you the increasingly popular sport of Geocaching, integrated with innovative corporate team-building adventures to fuel up team spirit and strengthen corporate excellence. Increasingly, organizations are looking for programmes that could bring out values of Innovation and Dynamism. With the use of sophisticated equipment like GPS and other digital devices, and the invention of objective-based caches, The Geocaching Challenge! makes a fun and engaging experience and addresses these key objectives effectively.
So what is GEOCACHING?
Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting game in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or other navigational techniques to hide and seek items (called "geocaches" or "caches").
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Team Development – This is seemingly a competition but it requires teams to work with one another to achieve the ultimate goal together. We recommend for this challenge to be conducted in SENTOSA. While the teams crack their heads in search of the caches, they could also explore the beautiful island together in their teams.
New Product/Brand Launch – Caches are customized to bring out the brand values/imagery. With an engaging experience like The Geocaching Challenge!, retention of messages and values is definitely higher and brings forth inspirations for new strategy and ideas back in the workplace.
