The Cooking Challenge! tests the teams’ abilities to become “Chefs for A Day”. FOCUS Adventure leverages on the abstract of cooking a meal and relate the learning points back to the dynamics of a high performance team in the corporate arena. |

Mobile Adventure Programmes challenge participants in an indoor and outdoor environment. Activities stimulate the team to think and operate as a high-performance team, leading to rapid internalisation of desired outcomes. |

Low Elements encourage participants to work as a team and be responsible for the safety of others as well as for themselves. These are great interaction and communication tools requiring a high level of teamwork and leadership. |

High Elements are about 10 metres high above the ground and provide participants the opportunities to confront fears and examine how people react when they face intimidating challenges. Support and encouragement are strongly exuded in High Elements. At FOCUS, all equipment and procedures comply with international safety standards. While we recognize the importance of having fun, safety always come first. |

Team Challenge Pyramid is a 25m high tower designed to be achieved only with the support and encouragement of every team member. It is about achieving a common vision together. Participants are roped together in teams to plan and negotiate a series of 14 upwardly spiraling challenges under the supervision of certified instructors. After participants conquer the TCP. they get to ring the bell of victory. The ultimate reward? A cool descent via the flying fox. There’s no better way to get down! |
