Day 5 : Graduation!!
Graduation Day!!!! Conducting a program on our own was no joke!! After lots of heated discussion and a bit of practice, all of us managed to do our assigned roles and deliver a half day client program. Most of us had a lot of butterflies in our stomach, but the biggest learning were that there is no substitute for the real thing.
Graduation Ceremony ( No details on this one, sorry. You have to go through BFC 16 to understand why!!;-)), watching everyone in action over the past 5 days through the closing video and presentation of certificates was awesome fun!! Most of us were saying the same thing “Gee, did I really do that????!:-)
Topped off by a sumptuous multi course meal (had so many courses, most of us had no count or clue of how much we ate!!!!), we set off on our journey back to Singapore by ferry. At sunset, all of us were sad that the 5 fun filled days were over, and hope/expectations of a new future were in the back of our mind.
