"....BFC14 was truly a great learning and eye-opening experience that I have ever had. It’s like a huge pot filled with a mixture of fun, more fun, challenges, excitements, exploration, survival, great friends and wonderful memories.. All mixed in one. The BFC has also given me insights and understanding on how facilitation works and the different tactics & perspective to adopt. Special thanks to Terence & Ken for making the programme a wonderful and meaningful experience in every way, and for showing us the professionalism & the tact needed to be an effective Facilitator and Project Manager.

I had lots of fun, enjoyment and laughter throughout the BFC. It was a life-changing experience for me, which in turn led me on a journey of self-discovery, exploration and realization of the true beauty & potential in me and also overcoming my shortcomings to reach the peak of the Team Challenge Pyramid. Nonetheless, I would also not have done it without the support of the friends that I made in such short period of time; amazing friendship that I believe would sustain for a long time.

This BFC was a great memory filled with fun, joy, challenges, caring and friendship! I enjoyed the experience from the very first day up till the last day. The whole team was full of fun and joy.

Each programme bought us closer and closer, allowing us to know more about each other. Trust, Friendship and Teamspirit at every moment.

Many things were learnt from this BFC 14 that I find useful and applicable to my life.

BFC 14 has been a new learning experience for me. Not only about relearning myself but the art of appreciating everyone from a different aspect. 
We learnt about working as an individual, the limitations that we will face and working as a team, where the limitation diminishes and it can soar very high. The team-bonding has created a bond where everyone can put all their strength and weakness into good use.

My thanks to Terence and Chew, for giving us this experiential learning of the Team Challenge Pyramid (TCP), High Elements etc.

Without all these, it was always an individual for oneself but now, the trust for others will be in priority to make things happen.

Having experienced many different teambuilding activities with many different companies, FOCUS Adventure truly stands out from the rest of them. From the structure of the program to the learning values stemming from the many teambuilding activities, no detail was spared in the quest of perfection. The smooth delivery of the many different activities conducted by the facilitators was definitely impressive to say the least! Every sentence down to each individual word was given careful thought to achieve its desired effect. That’s the dedication shown by all the staff from FOCUS Adventure who was involved with BFC 14!

Kudos to each and every single member of BFC 14 for making it such a smashing success! All the learning points, sweat, laughter and fun that we shared during the 5 days course will forever be, treasured memories of mine!

The perfect BFC recipe: Seasoned with friendship and love.. Add a dash of joyful laughter.. Stir in adrenaline pumping challenges and sprinkle in wonderful surprises over the top.. Oh and not forgetting a generous helping of teamspirit for that extra flavour.

In my option, this BFC was the most deliciously inspiring and mentality and emotionally satisfying experience of my life. From discovering more about myself and of others to conquering the Team Challenge Pyramid to riding the awesome All Terrain vehicles, within these few days friendships were strengthened and new ones forged. Existing schemas were challenged and broaden. It was really nice to see different individuals coming together to bond.

This is without a doubt, a journey I would strongly recommend all to come and experience firsthand. Cheers to the BFC 14 family and everyone else who made it truly memorable!! Cheers to Love, Friendship, Laughter and Self discovery!!

The power BFC 14 brought all of us closer together as a team. Everyone contributed to the success of the course! Teamwork and values were reinforced throughout the BFC. To sum it up, these 5 days of fun learning and “pure torture” (especially the last part!) gave me a lifetime of experience that will be etched in my memory. Special thanks to those who have made this BFC a wonderful experience for all of us!

BFC 14! Obviously challenges and risks are an essential part of the setting. A challenge setting that increases the individual’s self-understanding and develops such personal competencies as self-sufficiency, self-reliance, self-respect and self-confidence.

Although we are essentially interested in individual needs, the needs and safety of the group obviously cannot be overlooked. BFC 14 is an environment which allows me to become more aware of my own worth while also learning about the needs and abilities of others. Such a setting illustrates that individual goals and safety can often only be achieved through cooperation as opposed to competition. That is, the degree to which I achieve my goal is dependent on the degree to which other group members do also. Thanks everyone for making it a FUN way of self-discovery!

I really enjoyed myself during the whole process of BFC. It has enriched me with the importance of teamwork as well as being understanding towards each other. After attending BFC, I came to realise that there are a lot of values which I need to learn in my life in order to be prepared to face with new challenges.

Also, the person that inspired me greatly during this BFC is none other than our lead facilitator, Terence! In my opinion he is one of the most professional facilitator I have interacted with so far. I really want to thank him a lot. Thank you, Terence!

Last but not least, I am very proud to be in BFC 14 and to be lead by the facilitators. Looking forward to face more challenges in the near future!

A fantastic experience in all senses of the word, where every moment was indeed a challenge.

In the short 5 days, much camaraderie was fostered amongst a highly diverse group of individuals.
Exercising much professionalism in execution, our facilitators and instructors were also of great inspiration to the team.

All in all, I believe everyone returned home with great knowledge - about what FOCUS represents, about our peers, or simply about ourselves.

One word to sum up the entire BFC 14 experience? AWESOME!

Terence and Chew were both highly professional in their delivery and never fell short of providing generous amounts of support.

We went from strangers to best of friends, all within 5 days which saw us pulling through together, physically and mentally.

We Bonded, had lots of Fun together, and overcame all the Challenges that came our way.
