“Working Together is Success.” Day 3, 29th October
The day we all took on the Team Challenge Pyramid.
Wow !! This 25m structure as I found out brought out the good and some of the less amiable side of people, particularly when we got frustrated… ( Hehe but it was all for LOVE, cause everyone became so comfortable with each other that certain pleasantries were no longer required.. Friends became more like family )
In groups of fives, we started our ascend, spiraling up the pyramid to reach its peak. From transversing across hairline wires with nothing but the help of a few strings and our team mate's support to scaling both the physical and mental walls to taking that leap of faith, we all worked together and encouraged each other to move forward.
Trust and support were the main theme for the day.
