The course was definitely an enriching and fun experience and a great journey of re-discovering myself! From this course, I have learnt the importance of Situation Awareness (SA) and Teamwork. It allowed me to understand at a deeper level how there is always something new we can learn from our day to day activity and apply on.

I had an INCREDIBLE time with the members of BFC11, I am happy and privileged to be part of BFC11.

The 5-day BFC has been absolutely fun & enriching! Fun for the high elements I’ve always enjoyed especially Flying Fox, & my very first experience in jet ski & ATV! Will definitely want to try again if there’s a chance! Also gained a better insight of myself & my mates through DISC profiling. Enriching; FOCUS’ emphasis on debrief, in knowing the objectives & learning outcomes of each activity which is much neglected for the same activities I’ve done elsewhere.

BFC11 was a blast! It tested my strength and pushed me to go beyond my self-imposed limits. It re-oriented me back to the primordial values I often take for granted. It was definitely a mixture of fun and learning. Not to mention, I gained new friends!

BFC 11 has been an eye-opening experience for me! I went into the course without knowing what to expect and sure enough, the entire course was about expecting the unexpected! It has been lots of fun and laughter throughout the course, yet at the same time, I was able to learn more about what FOCUS is about and experiencing “where every moment is a challenge!’.

Glad that everyone was able to clear the various challenges and bond as a team!

Challenging wild fun with lots opportunity to learn, experience and overcoming our limitations!

The 5-days were definitely enriching and life-changing. The High Element and TCP helped me overcome acrophobia. I was challenged to break through my mental limits and to think out of the box with every moment.
The Jetski safari and ATV were really a wild experience and pure adventure! 

BFC 11 is a  team of people who are wild, fun-loving, courageous and definitely a group of record breaking challengers!

BFC is an enriching experience which provides enthusiasts a chance to learn the ropes, metaphorically and literally.

The activities we went through were fully engaging and the debriefs provided an additional insightful dimension to the activities; I understood much better, how the individual activities depicts the situations in the real world. Beyond the activities and experiences, I believe the course provided us a great opportunity to get to know more about FOCUS and our colleagues. I will definitely retain the many fond memories and classic moments of the Basic Facilitator Course, and will definitely enjoy my time in FOCUS Adventure! And of course JETSKIi, ATV and Flying Fox any day for me please!

I believe each of us in BFC 11 is special and has been selected to attend the course for a Reason. And we move forward as a team through each passing season. The experience for BFC11 will last a lifetime, in fond memories.

I am thankful towards Focus Adventure, Mr Andrew Chua and all the staff for BFC 11, allowing us to share valuable time, understand the company's culture, management style, the various product lines and the spectum of services.

BFC 11 was a great learning experience. I had lots of fun and learnt more about what FOCUS is all about. “Where every moment is a challenge” and indeed we got no idea what is coming our way during these 5 days. We were all excited and looking forward to the challenges that we would be facing.

I’m really happy that we managed to overcome our shortcomings individually and complete the TCP together as a team. Through the TCP, I learnt more about each and every one in the team as the same time strengthening the bonds between us. Through the experiential learning programmes, I learnt through a participant’s point-of-view. Thus allowing me to better understand the learning points, objectives as well as methodology of FOCUS activities. All in all, I had FUN! =)

The first day of BFC 11 saw individuals from very different backgrounds come together for the very first time. Though we started out as strangers, we gradually warmed up to one another and conquered obstacles that I never thought could be possible.

The team challenge pyramid (TCP) was truly a challenge and unleashed some very interesting personalities in each and every one of us. It was a true testimony of "mind over matter" and allowed me to bond with the bunch of wacky friends I was with. Loved the jetsking, ATVing, climbing, game nites and of course the "Siti Legs" moment. Haha..

I am honoured to be part of BFC 11 and treasure the friendships I have built in this short span of 5 days. Here's to loads more of mad fun at FOCUS Adventure!

It's all worth it!!, everything is worth it, the learning, all the activities, all the experience gained from the course and at the end of the day, i can see the company more clearly, and motivate me more to work hard in the future for myself and for the company.

BFC 11 is an eye opener for me even though I have been through the challenges before. But this is what FOCUS Adventure is all about! – Where every moment is a challenge! Going through BFC 11 enabled me to learn more about the different methodologies in executing the same challenges as well as different ways to bring out debrief points toward the participants.

Most importantly, new friends were made and they really made the whole process of BFC 11 much more happening and crazier.

The 5 days experience at BFC is really beyond description of words. I will like to thank all the facilitators and fellow colleagues of Focus Adventure for being such great hosts and leaders.

Throughout the 5 days, I faced many personal challenges like speed and height phobia. Many times, I would think that the various feats were impossible to accomplish. However, the people on the same boat had never failed to see me through. I came to realise that limits are indeed meant to be broken.

I have found many wonderful people to be great friends as well. Even though we started as strangers, the various activities really gel us as one. We faced countless challenges together and emerged as victors. Thank you guys for the support, encouragement and believing in me!

BFC is not just a course. I can proudly say that it is a great and powerful experience of a lifetime! The experience will leave each and every one of us, young and old, with an unshakable spirit of optimism to take on our future endeavours…
