Getting There

From Indonesia
Take a domestic flight to Hang Nadim Airport on neighbouring Batam Island. There are daily speedboat services to and from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts and Telaga Punggur Ferry Terminal in Batam. The journey takes 35 minutes.

From Singapore
Accessible via high-speed catamarans from Singapore's Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. The journey takes 45 minutes. Check-in time: 30 minutes before departures. Each passenger has up to 20kg baggage allowance. Tickets are available at Ticketing Counter 5 and Singapore Cable Car Counteres at TMFT, and through selected travel agents in Singapore.

Country/Nationals that require VISA on arrival are:
United Stated of America, Finland, Norway, Australia Hungary, France, South Africa, United Kingdom, Poland Argentina, Italy, Switzerland, Brazil, Japan, New Zealand, Denmark, Germany, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates Canada & South Korea.

Countries/Passport Exempted are:
Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong SAR, Morocco, Chile Thailand, Singapore, Macau SAR, Peru, Malaysia, Vietnam, Phillipines.

For countries are listed, they will have to apply VISA at the Indonesian Embassy.
