Some hard skills are necessary, such as being able to conduct a rafting scenario and bring clients safely through an expedition. However, soft skills are also important, whereby Facilitators relate the expedition to Teamwork, Leadership, Communication, Goal Setting etc.

Facilitators are required to do ‘light’ management consultancy/ organization development work. They are also multi-talented, differentiating themselves to gain competitive edge. There is no limit to the kind of talent that can be used in our programmes. You are only limited by your own imagination.

As a Facilitator, you will work with some of the best companies in Singapore and in the region. Our clients have high expectations and are specific with their objectives, and Facilitators will have to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Conduct corporate learning programs
• Design and develop corporate learning programs
• Coordinate all logistical needs to ensure smooth running of all corporate learning programs
• Execute programs in accordance to procedures with clients’ safety and learning as priority
• Meeting with potential prospect clients to identify learning needs
• Making presentation to prospect clients
• Provide relevant and useful corporate learning consultancy to clients

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Experience in HRD or corporate learning field
• Well grounded facilitation skills in the field of corporate learning
• Understands organization development process
• Have experience with psychometric tools
• Technically sound knowledge in challenge rope courses and adventure education management skills e.g. risk assessment
• Public Speaking
• Engaging and possess the people factor

Responsibilities

• Account Servicing
• Meeting with potential prospect clients to identify learning needs
• Making presentation and preparing proposals to prospect clients
• Communicate the logistical needs to relevant instructor prior to commencement of program
• Communicate the clients’ needs to relevant facilitator prior to commencement of program
• Exercise cost control on each account

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• 3 to 5 years of project or event management exposure
• Able lead projects from start to end
• Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with Hospitality and F&B industries
