The Balancing Beam consists of a firmly affixed wooden beam on which participants are to cross.
For individuals whom have difficulty overcoming this station, it is usually a case of perceived ability being much lower than their actual ability to walk on it.

The Giant Ladder consists of large beams that make up the rungs of the ladder. The "rungs" are suspended from steel cables–the distance separating each increasing as the element rises up.
On the way up, they will quickly find out the importance of helping each other and that their success depends on the success of their teammates.

This Hanging Planks consists of a series of boards that are suspended from a cable line above. These planks are spaced at equal lengths apart to create a floating bridge that participants will have to walk across.
This element encourages participants to be aware of not only the physical but inner balance, focus and determination.

The Hourglass Bridge as the name suggest, is a bridge that is shaped like an hourglass; narrower at the centre.
This activity is a good built up to the leap of faith. Once they reach the centre, they will face a personal challenge and the support and encouragement from teammates will ease the dilemma to take that giant step across.

This element is similar in shape to the Hourglass bridge except for the Leap of Faith, this bridge is a made of metal and is firmly fixed in place.
The Leap of Faith is one of the most emotionally challenging activities on the way up the TCH. It provides the opportunity for participants to confront fears and pushes the boundaries of ones own perceived limitations.

The Lizard Wall consists of a single climbing surface with resin hand and footholds that are randomly built in.
This activity allows participants to identify and recognize opportunities and potentials and encourages them to test the various options.
